CALL FOR PAPERS & SUBMISSION DETAILS

The International Conference on Computational Sciences, AI and Digital Transformation (ICCSAI-DT 2026) invites researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit original research papers presenting theoretical advances, practical applications, and case studies related to the conference themes.
1. Conference Sections and Topics Submitted papers should be relevant to one of the conference sections, including (but not limited to):
  • Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning
  • Applied Mathematics and Computational Methods
  • AI in Education and Digital Learning Technologies
  • Digital Transformation and Industry Applications
2. Submission Guidelines To ensure high quality and a uniform appearance, authors must adhere to the following rules:
  • Originality: Papers must be original and unpublished and must not be under review elsewhere. All submissions will undergo a mandatory plagiarism check.
  • Language: Manuscripts should be written in English.
  • Formatting (LaTeX): Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official LaTeX Proceedings Template.
  • Download the Official LaTeX Template Here
  • Helpful Tip: If you are new to LaTeX, we strongly recommend using , a free online LaTeX editor. Simply upload the downloaded template .zip file into Overleaf as a new project, and you can start writing immediately without installing any software.
3. Peer Review & Publication Options (Two Tracks) All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by members of the Program Committee. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. To accommodate both early dissemination of research and high-quality international indexing, the publication process is structured in two tiers:
  • Track 1 (Official Conference Proceedings): All accepted papers will be presented at the conference and included in the official conference proceedings of Narxoz University.
  • Track 2 (International Academic Publisher / Scopus): Following the conference, authors of selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their work. Approved papers will be published with an international academic publisher in a book series and submitted for indexing in the Scopus database.
